Pretty good device!
Pretty convenient. Top handle was loose when I got it, but I fixed that with a little superglue. Item was as advertised, but I've realized that I didn't really need to spend the extra money for a collapsing version because it basically sits, expanded, next to my back door. I don't need to transport it anywhere. (This is not a defect in the product. Just in what I'm using it for.)
- Needed some help after recent knee replacement this worked great to help with putting on my shoes.
- May be too bulky to store in smaller living spaces
