This bottle is not for runners. To dispense liquid you need to squeeze the bottle like a tube of toothpaste when the bottle is not full. After drinking half a bottle, it's difficult to squeeze anything out. The bottle tips and is difficult to hold on to when you try to run or walk (or move) and hold on to it. I would say this product is best for backpackers or campers who have a backpack to hold the bottle and want to save space when the bottle is empty.
