Everything is in Order. and I mean it; It's all ok. Guess Where I Win: Think carefully about your own setup before investing; A spacious table surface with plenty of space is ideal. Just make sure it saves you heartache. More details below. Pros: The dock features a sliding anchor bar that fits any PS4 width (Standard, Slim, Pro). It's nice to have both the VR "black box" and the PS4 itself standing; this saves a lot of horizontal space. A cooling fan should help extend the life of your PS4 when enjoying long gaming sessions. There's an integrated USB hub, which adds two more options for PS4 peripherals. I really like it when everything is gathered in one place, even if it's a bit harder to remove everything. Cons: The biggest potential downside is how the PSVR headset fits; it is not fixed very securely at the top. It should "just sit like that" and be easy to fold over. I'm worried that the headset might fall and get damaged. I ended up putting mine aside; take up some of the horizontal space I saved. And big. This device is HIGH. By itself it's 14 inches, and putting a PSVR headset on it easily adds another 4-5 inches. If your TV is on a console, it probably won't fit under it (I have a roomy 18-inch space there; it won't fit mine with a headset on it). Cable management doesn't help much; I "saved" only one power cord (I had to throw away two cords from the charging station - I had one for my Move controllers and one for my Dual Shocks, but I added a cord for the display stand itself, which uses four chargers powered in the docking station). All other original cables remain in place (power and HDMI connections for Black Box, PS4) as well as the front connector for a VR headset. This creates a large vertical "cord knot" at the back. The situation with the front cord does not improve at all. Assuming you don't mount the stand lengthwise, but instead place most of the cables "at the back" of the device to make it look less messy, the AC power plug for the dock is where you'd likely place the front of the device would attach . Device (to see the loading icons), you also have a USB hub and a VR connection. I notice that the product photos do not show all devices connected to power and I understand why. It looks ugly (but it can be dealt with, but the situation hasn't really improved, it's stayed pretty much the same and condensed). It's up to me I guess. I saw the "demo booth" and suspected an aesthetic improvement; visually less tidy. The Move controllers fit more securely into their charging cradle when wrist rests aren't in place, and wobble a bit when the straps are still on (minor issue for me; I don't use straps, but keep them in a drawer in case kids or get tipsy Friends). The lanyard situation on the back makes docking my second dual shock a bit difficult; I have to reach out and sit it down very carefully to make sure it's fully engaged in the charging cradle (and not pinched by the cable; cables coming out of the back of the VR black box are the culprit). Having all the controllers stored so close together doesn't make it any easier (I'd give up a few inches for an intuitive charging station, no question). And yes, it is possible to facilitate access to the controllers by storing the device in a lengthways position (all controllers face forward with the long side forward, as in the product photo), but if your stand isn't an open area , so you can navigate to this page, it uses PS4/Bluray discs are quite annoying (you probably have to rotate the device so the disc loads in front of you, or tilt your head to the side). so.e. I won't be returning it but I don't think it was a solid win for the price. I will happily admit that the fan and USB hub are nice features. I wish it had built in more cable management (especially those that get in the way of the second dual shock dock. The built-in USB hub on the front gives a hint of how smooth it could be if it were well designed). I also wish the VR headset was better secured at the top; They are dubious people. It really needs to have more design features to improve things and justify the price.
