However works with Intel MB Pro 16

The reason I give this 5 stars is because I contacted the seller and he assured me that my experience was atypical. They refunded my money and did much more to fix it. Amazing customer service! They have an updated model that I will order and see if it solves my problem. That's my attitude. The following things are connected to the dock: 2 ultra wide displays, Ethernet, Macbook Pro 16 power adapter, Macbook Pro 16 computer. I have the following issues: ONE very hot around the USB-A ports on the back of the dock. TWO Sometimes when I connected it to my MB Pro, the MB Pro fan spun very quickly for a split second and the computer rebooted. Checking logs, I think it has something to do with the very fast overloading of an indiscreet GPU (less powerful). Whenever you connect an external monitor (especially two 4k monitors), the discrete (more powerful) GPU takes over. There seems to be a difference between connecting Monitors -> MB and Monitors -> Dock -> MB. If the monitors are connected directly to the MB, I don't have this problem. It looks like MB is not switching to a discrete GPU fast enough. I'm not sure if that's the case, but it looks like it is. I have found that this issue only occurs when the dock is very hot. The docking station gets warm when also connected to the MB power supply needed to run two 4k displays. THREE Sometimes I have to turn the docking station off and on again because for some reason it limits my ethernet speed to 50Mbps. Returned to normal after power cycle. I haven't had any problems for about a month, so I think I just had a bad block. As mentioned above, the seller did everything possible to rectify the situation. You didn't ask me to write a 5 star review but I appreciate the customer service and would still recommend this product. because for some reason it limits my ethernet speed to 50mbps.
