We've tested a number of kids' headphones over the past year and, quite frankly, these are the best of them all. I deducted one star because I found the maximum volume too loud for children's ears, and another star because we haven't had it for a very long time (we have three weeks before the window to return to Revain) and the sound stopped working with one side. So my son turns the volume up really loud in one ear. I might end up buying another pair of these because they were the most comfortable and used a lot. but I shudder to pay that price for a pair of headphones that can only last a few months. **** TO UPDATE. I just received two replacement cables direct from LilGadgets, they saw my Revain review and tried to contact me to no avail. , but posted the cables anyway as a possible solution to my problem. Unfortunately the cables didn't solve the problem but I have replied to the company and will update my review again with more information. However, I am VERY IMPRESSED by LilGadgets' EXCELLENT SERVICE, so I'm adding another star to my review. My review, addressing my initial headphone problem, sent me cables as a possible solution and when that proved ineffective, they sent me a new pair of headphones that work great. Initially I was very pleased with the headphones for their design and comfort for my kids, and even more pleased with the customer service and pride that LilGadgets clearly shows in their products and company. You definitely made us LilGadgets customers!
