Dress arrived and looked perfect. This was my second purchase of the same product as I had accidently thrown it in dryer and it shrunk to a size small, lol, with the first purchase. Not a horrid problem, but not great either. I have one in black and, not only do I love it, I get so many compliments on it (after of course, NOT putting it in the dryer). This second one I got, I inspected, looked ok and washed it with like colors and hung to dry. The dress is covered in stains. Where they came from, I don't have a clue. Nothing in the wash was of a different color, if anything, lighter colors, etc. Nor was anything stained or marked up in any way, shape or form. I am so, so, disappointed.UPATE: Was contacted by companies customer service, and the situation was handled as professional as professional gets. New dress was sent, and absolutely no problems. I love this dress so much I now have it in several colors. It can be dressed up or dressed down and when correct size is ordered, is flattering to the wearer. The neck line is perfect, the pockets are awesome (not too big nor too small - not "overwhelming") and the length is great, even for a shorty (5' 2") like myself. Again, I can not say enough about the customer service and their professionalism. Hard to com by in this day in age. Thanks guys!'
