Stopped working after a few weeks.

I put this outside so I know when my dog is at the door and ready to come in. It worked fine for a few days until the first rain came, then everything went wrong and stopped working. stop calling After leaving it inside and drying for a few days it started working again. I put it under a shed to keep it dry and it worked great for a couple of weeks and then it just stopped. Both parts work independently, but the sensor does not beep. Luckily for me it didn't even last a month before I was still able to return it. There is no way to contact the seller to resolve any issues. Also, it's really loud. I had an oven chime in a cookie jar to muffle it.
