I received this product 3 months ago. After normal everyday use, one of the two straps that hold the end of the watch strap securely (to keep it from dangling) snapped slightly and finally snapped completely. Now the end of the watch strap is dangling, catching in my clothes etc. There is no way to contact the company for a replacement. My original watch strap lasted 3 years and this replacement took 3 months which is unacceptable.
