This is a great camera for the price. The picture is good, the microphone is good. The lighted ring is the best. It has three different light colors (daylight, soft white and somewhere in between). Each color has three different lighting modes. With all the video conferencing going on these days, many users have a light behind them so their faces seem to be in shadow. This might fix the problem and there is likely a setting that will work for you.
