It is 1000% more convenient than wired version. I haven't actually used any features other than the wireless Hot Hand itself (no expression pedal, adjustable controls for non-adjustable source pedals), but I've tested them to make sure they work. $150 is pretty expensive, but the wired version is almost impossible to use. One day I took the ring off and put it on the amp and it vibrated, landed on the floor, I stepped on it and it broke. The replacement ring was $70 + $10 shipping from the sound source so don't do it. If I don't want to wear it right now, I'll put it in my pocket from now on.
