Not the basic copier I wanted but the only one on the market for its size and features. The hard drive was bad. I downloaded (and deleted) the program 3 times because something was either partially downloaded or not downloaded at all. In the end he refused to leave and sat down in the depths of my computer. Found only a special uninstaller. It took 5 days and 3 technicians to install it on my computer. After I did that, everything worked. There is no instruction manual. The one on the internet is incomplete. Luckily Plustek was very patient and helpful. Not all buttons work and there are so many options that I don't understand but I'll leave it at that.
