When I first bought this ink I couldn't use it in my Epson printer because it didn't recognize it. However, I found a pretty tricky workaround that now detects it. The only thing is that every now and then a message pops up indicating a new firmware update is what caused the problem in the first place. I just click OK to continue and the cartridges continue to work. I've read that newer versions of myCartridge no longer have this problem, but I'm hesitant to use an update and fix the problem again.
