I like the bag, there are many compartments in it. The only issue I had was using a regular top lock where the flap covers the four zipper heads. I bought their combination lock with this bag but the instructions are terrible as they are just illustrations of the bags and nothing else. added. The hole is too small for anything but the smallest key lock I could find which is easily broken. I tried the next size which was also small and didn't fit the hole as shown in my photo and another photo showing two small locks together. The square base lock is larger than the one shown in the photo. The third photo is rounder. The round bottom lock is smaller and the only suitable lock. If you don't want to lock this bag up, this is a very nice looking and durable bag with plenty of room. This is for a 15 inch laptop. I wish I had bought a 17" bag so I could put my 17" laptop in this bag with my Chromebook which already fits a 15" laptop leaving plenty of room in different bags.
