Review on Stratos Desktop Windows Editing Computer by Mike Quade

Sorry for the long review. I received this computer on March 26th. At the time, it sold for less than $1,400. After setting it up, the computer immediately started flying out with a blue screen of death. After contacting support 3 times and letting them view and work the PC remotely, I sent it in to have it fixed. The return took about a month. I had to wait another week as they forgot to return my power cord. For 24 hours he did the same. After trying to contact them for a week, I decided to request a refund. A few things to watch out for. - The two people I spoke to were wonderful and took the time they needed. - This is a VERY small company but I had to rate this 1 star because the actual product didn't work after 3 months of work
