Worst quality imaginable.
Terrible quality. The "S" logo (let's be honest, we ended up buying them) came loose after the second ride, after which the screw head came loose. The bolt itself rusted after a week and had to be drilled out. As S4 owners, they were too clunky and disproportionately large.
