I returned this item because I didn't use it properly and didn't see any results. However, the company is very great and reached out to me to see if there was an issue that could be resolved. Ken Service is very accommodating and wants your pup to get the best results from this device. They sent me another squad to give my two furry babies another try. One weighs 60 pounds and has knee problems. Just today I was informed that she is due for TPLO surgery in a few weeks and I am excited to see how the healing process goes with the red light therapy. I have had another dog operated on by the same doctor in the past and will compare healing times. My other furry child is a 10 year old Chihuahua who had knee surgery about 5 years ago and now has problems with that leg and I suspect arthritis as well. He is in the early stages of CHF so surgery is not a safe option for him and I would refrain from adding any medication to his system other than what he needs to treat his heart. Fingers crossed to see some improvements. I will report the results in a few weeks after receiving the goods.
