This is a great headset with great features but I've tried 8 of them so far, 7 of which came with dead pixels, the 8th has a scratch under the lens and a broken cable... I've been Having said that as the scratch is not too noticeable to just take it and keep the headset I am very very very disappointed with the quality control here, this is not my first pimax device either, I bought it as an upgrade from my master combining a lens scratch and a broken cable. 5ks will be just a gem with all my other headsets and I will continue to use Artisan as my main headset. The sound crackles endlessly, and at the bottom of the screen in the left eye there is an annoying stripe. I hope someone from Pimax is reading this because you need to fix this problem, it's terrible. I didn't have to search through 8 headsets just to find halfway working ones. It should have been at most the second time and work correctly! The resolution is excellent, the field of view is amazing. The quality control is absolutely the worst I have ever seen in my life. Honestly, it seems like whoever was responsible for this is in control of the quality. with closed eyes.
