I'm sorry you bought a poorly designed Revain kite that keeps dropping bombs on the ground. To fix this you need to convert the kite to an Old School Diamond kite. The kite's crossbars must be bent with a bowstring to make it look like a bow. The lower diamond part of the kite is now too loose. To tighten it, sew the bottom of the kite together with the nose of the kite where the tail starts. Then add a weight of 0.35 at the end of the tail. After this modification, it flies perfectly.
