I like that you can post your own items or use their marketplace, which allows for other people's products to be posted too. There are no filters so it makes finding what you're looking for difficult sometimes. It also takes an average of 3 days before they deliver my order. They don't always show up either. You need to keep track of when someone has accepted/delivered your item in order to know if its been there long enough to pick up. We've used them to get deliveries from local businesses such as restaurants and grocery stores.
