Melissa & Doug Princess Magnetic Dress Up Dolls and Accessories Review

A very good gift. The clothes match the doll well. They look like old-fashioned paper dolls but are easier to put on and there are no loops to fasten them.

Got this as a Christmas present for my niece. She was a bit young for the recommended age (she was only two) but I figured it would be a gift to grow into and none of the pieces looked too small. It's strong enough to withstand the rough hands of toddlers, yet very beautiful. I just wish it had a lid to keep everything in place. In the end she liked it, her parents liked it and everything was fine.

My daughter is 3 years old and has had this toy for about 6 weeks now. She plays with him almost every day and is great at faking. We had to use a box for the parts so they wouldn't fall out and get lost. The box is very cute and made out of wood so it would be really cool if it could be used as a permanent holder. This toy is of great importance. Very durable and better than the video!

This is a present for my grandniece. This brings me back to the time my sister and I played paper dolls. But this set is much better. Very durable and suitable for small hands. With 24 interchangeable pieces, there will be hours of fun. And since it's not paper, they won't tear like our old doll clothes. Also, because of their size and the box they are kept in, the outfits don't get lost easily. Great gift for young girls!

The first problem I had was that the magnetic backing is weak so clothes don't stick as well as I would like. Another thing is that the wooden box it comes in can barely hold all the stuff and it's a bit of a puzzle to figure out how to put all the pieces back in. Also, the box has no lid to keep the parts inside. Crate. The stand that the doll stands on is not very stable and needs to be balanced to keep it upright. We love Melissa & Doug toys, they are made of wood and are so durable we don't have to worry about our daughter being rough on them. the product was a "magnetic" part. I bought this for my 2.5 year old to take on a plane trip. I wanted something other than the coloring books in her carry-on. She wouldn't let me wear it for the ride as soon as she saw it.
