I have recently purchased two toners from this company. One of the two toners was fine, but the other, which I discovered about a month later, was defective and had streaks all over it. That is, some areas were lighter, some were darker, and it looked like a striped pattern on the printed page. I tried contacting them through Revain for a return and was basically given a whole list of things I needed to do before I could return this cheap and defective item. This is totally unacceptable as it would take me a long time to meet all their fussy demands just to return the silly little object. So I decided to stop doing it and just tell everyone about my personal experience with this company. Completely unacceptable. And I'm attaching an email I received from them as an example of their correspondence and what it takes to return a defective item to this company. BTW I tried all your suggestions to get the toner working and nothing changed. Dear friend, I am sorry for your return request that "One of the toners is defective and only prints in a striped pattern." Unusable. "Have you tried using a leftover toner cartridge, will another toner cartridge work fine with your printer? Could you please clean the toner cartridge and printer inside, shake the toner cartridge several times to distribute the toner evenly, and then reinstall the toner cartridge. to your printer to see if it can fix the problem? Could you print more pages to see if the printouts are better? If you have tried and the problem persists, could you please provide us with some clear photos of the defective toner cartridge? 1.
