What is good for you is not always good.
Ordered this for my husband because he works outside in more than 100 degrees. The heat completely destroyed it, and this Pedialyte had way more electrolytes than any other energy drink. It seemed like a great solution except for one issue. he said it was like drinking a terrible tasting cough syrup. It's a great thing when you can get over the taste.
