OMG! I originally bought this for my boyfriend because he loved shredded foam pillows and it sounded like the next best thing. Since you can remove the foam pieces to adjust, I thought I had this pillow. It said it could be returned so I thought I'd give it a try. We received it the next day and when I showed it to him he said I had already found a pillow he liked. So I said this might be just what I need for my back when I sleep. I just finished physical therapy but I still had pain in my waist to the right of my spine. She pulled her hip due to scoliosis. Every morning I woke up in pain and got better as the day progressed, but the next morning it all started all over again. I knew I needed more support under my back to compensate for the gap between the curve of my back and the bed. The stacked pillows and back support weren't good enough. I sleep on my back, so I put one pillow under my waist and two pillows under my head (to keep my head level with the back pillow). It's been 2 nights and oh my god I wake up feeling great! Today I woke up 2 hours later than usual. I feel like I'm on a cloud. Soft yet firm enough to receive support without pain. I haven't taken any fillers yet. When you receive the pillow, shake it in the air and it will fluff it up after you take it out of the vacuum bag. Update: I just ordered another one so I'm sleeping with two of them now. these pillows. One for the head and one for the back just above the waist. Thank you for inventing this pillow!
