I can't contact the seller or I would let him know I no longer have access to a printer, I can't reach the label to print it, if I could, and basically can't return it. If the replacement is made of a stronger, more durable material I'll happily update this review, but I'm leaving Roanoke in Albuquerque in 8 days - if the seller wishes to contact me I'm open to trying again. It really brought me some relief to the point where I couldn't hold my breath, which happened pretty quickly. It didn't move over my bed, which is an issue when using my suitcase under my feet, so that's a nice bonus. If you are slim and small then this will most likely work for you. I'm tall and a former powerlifter, so I need some 'stronger stuff'. I would like to hear from the seller.
