Use this as a safe alternative to pet stain remover at our carpet cleaning store. While it works great, it's not concentrated, so you're paying a lot for a ready-to-use gallon of the product that many other companies make concentrated versions of. Helps in the staining process when this is not the only solution used and the product is removed as it will leave marks. It also has a very strong chemical odor, so care must be taken when spraying not to "overuse". It would be more convenient to pay for the solution if it was in a concentrated form that lasts longer.
