Arrived in good packaging. The assembly took 2 people and a lot of effort. It gets very warm, eventually gets too warm, wish it had a low-mid-high button like for my heated seat. I often have to turn it off after 20 minutes. The cord does not get caught in the cracks by twisting; However, when making sharp turns (e.g. reversing into a driveway), the connection on the steering wheel sometimes breaks apart. However, this device is still significantly cheaper than a factory-installed steering wheel heater. So I still think it's worth it. Just needs some tweaking and maybe a setup tool.
