Not installed by user. I'm an IT pro and have moderate skill at repairs like this. Bought the kit without seeing the repair video. Note: There are no instructions or videos from the seller, but there are independent ones on YouTube. When the video said to use a heat gun, I was fine with that. When the video said to use "our patented machine" to separate the glass from the display, I gave up. Watch the full repair video before purchasing.
