Used to attach the Hoover Wind Tunnel Cable. Perfect!

My vacuum cleaner cord storage is defective. It was perfect for attaching to the handle so the cord wasn't a big mess. I undid the D-ring and locked it around the handle. Better option than a $90 wind tunnel repair on my wind tunnel. I have extra extensions and hoses. They are well made and durable. It took some effort to undo the D-ring so I wouldn't worry about them holding weight.
