As a recent purchaser of multiple items that require assembly, I really appreciated Nathan James' assembly instructions for this stool. The instructions were in perfect English, simple and very easy to use. All parts and components were securely packaged and clearly marked. Bonus. The instructions are fun too so the whole process was interesting. It's been a race to see if I can beat the estimated build time listed in the product manual. Full disclosure, I specialize in voice communications so no inherent technical skills. I won't be on the NASCAR racing team anytime soon, but it was fun and made me want to buy more of their products. I love thoughtfulness and fun in marketing! The product is great! Highly recommended!
