This radio surprised me. Firstly, it's smaller than I thought, although it's probably my fault for paying attention to the photo larger than the dimensions stated (that's the size of a regular index card 3x5 and about 1 inch thick. Why don't companies take pictures of their products side by side with a reference point, like a coin?) It also felt very light and cheap (all plastic case), although the silver color LOOKS like metal. But it works great. I always wanted to have a small radio in the kitchen so that I can easily switch on my station (with a switch), I live in a high-rise building, there is a lot of concrete around, etc., and the reception is excellent, the antenna does not have to be extended. The only wish is that the on/off was a button and not a slide switch, because then I would only need one finger, whereas now I have to support the device with one hand and press the switch with the other.
