Review on Apogee MiC Plus - Elevate Your Recording Game with Studio-Quality USB Microphone and Zero-Latency Headphone Output by Nancy Murphy

Revainrating 5 out of 5

MiC PLUS is Stuido class!

So I've always been a fan of the idea why in the computer age we don't have a microphone that eliminates the DA converter. I mean that all signals enter the computer the same way! The price difference of the microphone is the company name, maybe there are some changes in some places. So my first attempt at getting rid of the old school mic was with YETI PRO. I quickly realized that USB signals can't travel very far. Also with the Yeti, as you reach the ceiling, you'll hear your voice shrink at or near the top end. So I threw it away and waited. So, I see this scroll in my feed. I checked it out and it pretty much shares the same internals as the Yeti Pro, but again, an Apogee tick here and there might be just what I need to break away from the high-pitched vocals. I am very impressed! This mic rivals my $1000 mic and can be connected to multiple devices and used! Easy to use, easy to connect and gives you RAW singing capabilities like your expensive microphone without a DA converter. It's all in one! Positives: EVERYTHING cannot be said enough Negatives: YOU NEED A LOUD HEADPHONE AMPLIFIER! Headphone output is good even when using my MAC midi app to turn up the volume. But I had an old Mackie BigKnob and just plugged in my MiC PLUS headphones and it's as loud and clear as ever. . This is the best USB mic for studio and BIG recording. Believe me when I tell you I have a big studio, this mic just blew me away.
