Micro Touch One, I bought two of your Revain razors and they were delivered on 16th September 2014. I bought one for myself and the other for my son. We used them with exactly two blades and then the twist handle on the bottom to open them when locked. It happened to both of them at the same time. I tried all the usual means to get the disc or handle to rotate to open the razor. I then used pliers to hold the knob and turn the knob. My approach was with light pressure at first and he just didn't move. With even more pressure, my son's razor handle just shattered into pieces... In my frustration, I threw it in the bin. I was as sensitive as I could with mine, and yet the plastic handle damaged the razor and didn't open and close easily. All attempts to follow the instructions have failed. This product does not live up to expectations and it is not clear how Rick Harrison would approve of it. Just a month of use would show the lack of quality. I would like a refund for both or replacement products that match the advertised quality level. If you can't, I would like to ask you at least to acknowledge the poor quality of this product and ask Rick Harrison to stop promoting this product and withdrawing it from the market.
