Review on iTOMA CKS507: Dual Alarm Digital FM Radio 📻 with Cell Phone USB Charge Port and Night Light by Ryan Gilliam

I purchased this watch in March 2017 and the brightness of this watch has decreased by about 70% in all three settings. I thought something was wrong so I unplugged it and plugged it back in. It's bright for the first few seconds and then fades quickly and I can barely see it. This is also the case at maximum brightness. Medium and low settings are even worse. I took a picture with light from below. All the numbers on the watch were just as bright. Now they are almost invisible even in the dark. I want to return it, but the return period has expired. ***Update*** Customer service contacted me and agreed to send me a new watch. There is excellent customer service. I hope this isn't a scam either. I will update my review once I have the new watch and spend some time with it. ***Update 2*** 10/09/2017 So the support team sent me a new watch. It has Bluetooth capabilities, not that I use it with a watch. This clock has blue numbers instead of white and looks cool. However, this watch does the same as the previous watch. Once you plug it in, all the numbers will be nice and bright. After a few seconds they start to disappear. The brightness dropped immediately, maybe 30-40% compared to the original. I really wanted to like this watch and thank the customer service team for trying it out and sending me a new one, but I just can't recommend this product. It seems like this product really lacks quality control. I would give the watch itself 1 star, but the customer service gets 4 stars.
