The mount from the stand to the monitor mounting plate has limited flexibility. This means that if you want to place the monitor close to the stand again, you can only move closer to the stand that is in the middle of the monitor (see pictures). If you want to go even further back, the bar must be moved to the side. As a result, the arm sags a bit and the monitor tends to wobble around its horizontal axis. You can correct the fall by rotating the monitor. There are fewer fluctuations. I have a desk that wobbles more when it's at full height, so it's particularly noticeable. The product comes in a very compact package (max number of units / shipping box I think) so you can proceed with the installation of the monitor. Parts are not well labeled or packaged as mentioned in the manual. (ie screw A can be together with screw G and washer K). Get started with the parts list to make sure you know which parts are recommended where. 3 different hex wrenches (included) are required to assemble the product. I think they could do it with 2, or if they really assigned a key.
