I had a heck of a time finding reviews that specifically addressed pants size. and ladies we all know that our sizing varies widely no matter how it’s labeled. Anyway, I wear a 16 jean usually, and I’m 5’4”. I’m a balanced shape, not particularly bottom heavy but certainly a curvy girl no less. I really just wanted some snow pants that didn’t make me feel like the Michelin man, and I think these are it! I ordered the 38, and they fit perfect. No stretch, except that the waistband has a couple inches of elastic on each side, which is particularly handy for sitting down. I have a fairly high waist, so these sat pretty much right where I’d want them to. They are a bit long but I’m used to that, I imagine they’d fit someone up to about 5’9” without being too short to put over a boot. Looking forward to testing the waterproof feature while sledding.
