My children are rough on their jeans and wear out the holes in their knees very quickly. I put patches on the inside of my jeans to strengthen my knees and hide the patch. You simply turn your jeans inside out, iron the leg, iron the patch for 45 seconds, and you're done. It's quick and saves money. Despite the fact that there are only two patches in the kit, the 5x5 size is pretty decent. I can get two to four decent sized patches with scissors, depending on whether I'm just strengthening the entire knee area or trying to patch a hole. Eventually, most patches will start to come off after a few washes. It requires you to trim the edges to make the patch last longer, but I haven't had this issue with these patches yet, which is an added bonus.
