Fintie SmartShell fits my iPad Air perfectly use. When closed it feels like I'm just holding an iPad protected and secure in the case. The cutouts for both microphones, rear camera, audio jack, Lightning connector and side buttons are absolutely perfect. Even the grilles covering the speakers line up perfectly with each of the holes. I assume this is because the iPad snaps in place of the velcro so there is no play when aligning. It's hard to give this case 4 stars given the price, but here are a few minor things: 1) The magnet doesn't hold the flap to the back of the device when it's folded in half. Not even the official iPad case, to be fair. 2) The stand doesn't feel entirely secure when typing or in the upright position. They work, but seem sloppy. 3) When folded, the soft felt pad becomes a magnet for dirt on your desk or work surface. Don't forget to brush it off before closing the lid or this debris can (I assume) scratch the screen. If you don't need a strap and can live with that, this is the case for you. I personally find that all "executive" looking leather bags look crappy and puffy. This one is stylish and modern. And did I mention thin?
