Yes, you heard that right, the front of the house where the door is is broken in half. BUT I wrapped it with tape and it works fine. I could return it but my guinea pigs can't wait to try it. You instantly fell in love with this hoodie as it has THREE exits/entries. The two side windows are big enough for my piglets to get in and out of. They love it so much that even if it's not in perfect condition, I won't send it back. If it ever comes to you broken, I suggest you return it and ask for a new one. But for me and my piglets that's fine.
