I love these cameras. The quality is better than my previous ones, however there are some things I would like to change. Here is my experience in no particular order. The motion detection radius is only about 10 feet. For example, my camera on the side capturing my sidewalk and crossing the sidewalk will only record and record when someone is on my sidewalk. The other problem is that the recording doesn't even start until someone was in it, say 2 seconds? This is of great importance when walking very fast. I also have a doorbell and it's the same. I often find a package with no food or just food from a departing truck at my door. So if they are very fast, the camera will not notice them. However, the camera can also capture small things. It's a bit annoying that I can catch everything at the maximum sensitivity setting. Single. Time. My tree exploded but I couldn't pick up my husband who towed our huge van out the back yard for 20 minutes. I find it annoying in its own way. What if my van was stolen? he wouldn't have understood. You can set the motion zone, which I really like. One of our cameras caught each plane in the air (I know it's over 10ft!) so I was able to remove the aerial part of the movement. BUT you can only attach 3 drawers (on my doorbell it's a drawer that you can reshape, e.g. zig zag or whatever). I mention this because I wish they could turn them over and lock the box in. the area is NOT writable - e.g. my 3 trees cause this all the time. Since I could place a maximum of 3 boxes around 2 trees I wasn't able to record the entire area I wanted so I'm forced to record one of the trees and my phone dies because of it. It would be easier if I could just click "don't write space" and just select the tree. On windy days, my phone goes off all day and it's annoying to search through 10,000 videos to get to one person. So far the battery life is good. Watching the news feed consumes more battery life. I like that when I look at the news feed there is a microphone option that I can press and speak through the camera. However, audio is a possibility. So when I use it to talk to my kids in the backyard, I can't have them talk here while I'm talking, and that's what happens on the record too. For example, if I want to watch a video at 10:00 am and it is now 5:00 pm, I have to scroll through the entire day's video. The annoying thing is that, say, I accidentally stumble across a video at 10:03 and won't go back, it keeps starting at the top at 17:00 and I have to scroll down and repeat. However, when I click on a video I can just swipe left or right and it will jump to the next video. When a person's face is detected, a separate icon of the person or their face is displayed. Although sometimes he thinks my flag is a person. (Although I want everything to be that way. It would be easier if I could see a snap of what's spinning in the cameras every time. Eventually it will, but only with cars. I think it should I bring this up again because my trees make it stand out, so I almost never know if it was a video of my tree, a person, or a car, so posting 30 videos of my moving tree can be tiresome browse to find a person walking.) I don't have much experience with this yet, but there is a way to filter the video, e.g. B. which camera, etc. I can't pick up dogs and cats pooping in the yard, but I can pick a pesky crow that likes to jump up my trees. This is at maximum sensitivity, I think you want constant small shaking movements rather than large smooth movements. I want this fixed. The program is very user friendly and I'm not computer savvy so it's very nice. That being said, it bugs me a bit that my phone goes off and I want to check the feed, but it always takes me to a live feed and I have to fiddle around to get to the recording. It might be fixable, but it's tedious. It's also tedious that you have to watch the entire recording every time. It has a pause and a slider to fast forward or rewind where you want to go in the video, but it never works. a break for me is happiness. You can also zoom with your fingers. But like I said, if I want to see who's passing, I have to stop at the right moment (or watch the whole 1 minute video and try again until it stops where I want it) and zoom in to see the face of the guys to see face to face. pretty detailed. I love that I can share videos, download them to my phone or donate to the police. I've used the share feature a few times and it allows you to quickly share updates with your neighbors. I like that computers get paid once and work. My neighbor with doorbell and cameras had internet failure and unfortunately something happened to another neighbor. The ring cameras with the internet off were disabled and didn't capture anything, but my EUFY cameras did! (My dad with the ring says our camera quality is better) The recorded audio is pretty good! I catch my neighbors talking about things and I can clearly understand them and their gossip. Makes me laugh sometimes. Again, this is only within that 10 foot radius. Overall, I'm glad I have the cameras. I feel they at least act as a deterrent, and anything unusual can be discussed between me and others in the neighborhood. I applaud the programmers because they put a lot of thought into making the cameras user-friendly from whatever angle the user might use them. This tells me that the developers really care about providing their customers with a top quality product that the customer will be satisfied with for a lifetime. I like that they pay once, not monthly or yearly. I recommend these cameras to everyone and have convinced a few to buy them. I plan to get more to fill in the gaps in my house. I know I have a few cons, but the pros are better than any other camera I've seen, and the cons are more my personal opinion.
