Too thick to glide over shaving creams, lotions and gels
This formula is too thick for my liking. I prefer something like grapeseed oil; smarter and thinner. I use a DE razor and have found that the viscosity of the razor causes the strip to hang on the skin. It feels similar to the thickness of vegetable glycerin you might find in an apothecary bottle. The smell of this sandalwood reminds me of lipstick, if that means anything to you. Odor too powdery. In summary, this may be better suited for use with a straight blade razor, although I haven't tried it in this application.
