When I ordered these I figured there would be 3 in the set in case you mess up one. Well it arrived (really fast delivery, it was here in 1/5th the time it should have taken) with only 2 trays. I also ordered the 44% gel at the same time and it came. So I put a coffee mug with distilled water in the microwave and boiled it up. When it boils, turn off the microwave and let it sit for a few seconds, then dip the baking sheet in. Start with one second and gradually increase the time you leave it on. You can always put it back on, but if you leave it on for too long it's pretty much over. I would suggest putting the spoon in your mouth before molding and trimming off any excess to ensure a better fit. And you have to be hard because as soon as you get it out of the water you better bite down and suck the air out and it hurts for a second. Once you do everything though they work great! very happy with the product, not happy with the wrong information on the product page.
