Review on Sangean PR D15: The Ultimate FM Stereo Rechargeable Portable Companion by Tiffy Andreani

I bought this Sangean PRD-15 based on many reviews I read. GE SRIII (which I haven't touched in about 10 years) I liked both GEs. But when I took my SRIII out of storage it was practically unusable. Spiky pans, jerky tuning, terrible sound. It was a great radio for the time I've owned it and working with its features I've had many long distance listening moments. After a long absence from AM DX's with a real desktop/big portable radio. I needed a new one. Digital display to download, I wanted better. CCRadio from what I've read is great. But I don't want to spend more than 100€ for one. That's why I "stopped" at Sangean. Fantastic. I moved the day stations at a distance above the local frequencies. This is not a great review. I just want to say that this radio met and exceeded all expectations for the $75 I spent. And in the short time I've tried this radio for late night and early morning DX Peak listening, I've added many, many more stations to the list. I love this radio and can only recommend it. Although I haven't tried the battery life or headphone audio and many other features. I just plug it in and set it up and everything is great. The sound isn't the best. But sensitivity and selectivity are excellent. You can also fine-tune within 1 kHz.
