I can't put into words how much I love these lights. First, when the dimmer is turned all the way up, the light is very bright! I can't look at it directly, it's kind of bright. But what struck me the most was the versatility of the set. There are many options for customization. There are connectors that would allow it to be used as one continuous pole. There's even a corner element if you need it. But actually I used it to light up my closet, which for some stupid reason didn't have lights or electricity. So I used the extension cords that came with it to connect mine. I attached a pole to its side, one to mine, and one right in the middle. The kit includes clips for attaching lights and double sided tape if you prefer. It also comes with sticky cord hangers to secure cords up and out of sight. I was able to place them in my closet with the switch on the outside of the closet that was attached to the wall with wire clips. I really love the set. We will buy more. My husband wants a set under the drying rack and another in his garage. For the price we're bound to find other things to use it for. It's cheaper and brighter than a lamp and so thin it can be hidden anywhere. The only thing I didn't like about them is that the extensions don't quite fit in between and some metal is left behind. I'm just nervous about exposing metal in any part that makes an electrical connection.
