5'6" 140 lbs. I ordered a size smaller than I realized after reading the reviews. It was still a welcome mid-summer purchase for the price considering that all local stores and major brands had raised their prices to $30 a shirt. , it still fits snugly on my wrists and doesn't ride up my forearms when testing range of motion. I have thin/normal shoulders but long arms (arm span 70.5"). +/- 100% polyester. You may or may not like it. It works fairly well although most athletic shirts I own are 90/10 (polyester/spandex) 90/10 seems to stay tighter on me although not quite as comfortable and comfortable as I'm used to , they still work and were a great alternative to my signature shirts.
