Review on Adjustable Outdoor Solar Spotlights - Waterproof 2-In-1 Solar Landscape Lights For Garden And Yard - Dusk-To-Dawn Solar Powered Wall Lights - Warm White (Pack Of 2) By URPOWER by Sonny Nevers

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Must have 100% direct sunlight, no exceptions

If you don't have an area of your yard (or whatever you're mounting this on) that has 100% DIRECT SUNLIGHT for at least 4 hours, don't bother buying this. Without 100% direct sunlight, these will not charge, or they may charge so little as to be pointless. I assumed that they could trickle charge off of the light that is naturally around, but, nope. This is stated in the product description, so, read that information on the page. These lights have pretty good illumination for lighting up areas that are completely dark in the yard. The stake provided to put them into the ground is pretty solid. Stick the stake in first (wet the ground if you need to first to make it soft) and then mount the light. If you put the light on the stake first, you run a chance of pushing down on the light when you're trying to stick it into hard ground and breaking it.The cone of light is pretty tight, even with the arrangement being a rectangular fashion. This either suits what you need or not. It's definitely a spotlight as the title of product states. The single button to turn off, low, and high, is not very friendly to determine what state it's currently in. You just have to remember what setting you put it on, or, remove the light and put it in a dark area like a closet to test.

Pros
  • When sun is present the solar charges enough to shine all night.
Cons
  • Light is okay. My mistake in that I missed that adjustment was limited to up and down.
