This dress is NOT shiny like in the picture. Not everything glitters and glitters. The fabric has dull silvery-white spots. Disappointed in that. Other than that my girlfriend loved the tutu and that she could be a mermaid. Beautiful color and skirt. I took the size 3T. She just turned 4 and 3 fits her as she is smaller. Good thing it's long for her so she can wear it without leggings and cover it up. Perfect as a dress to dress up or dress up. You can definitely spin in it which is a bonus. She wore it 2 days in a row! So thank you. 😁
