They offer a $30 card for a 5 star rating but the cursor jumps all over the place

This keyboard is so cute and I wish it worked. I wish I could write an honest review and get my $30 but I can't. Bluetooth connection at startup takes too long. Other keyboards I've had aren't like that. But the worst thing is that the cursor jumps back and forth everywhere. I start correcting a paragraph and then suddenly I'm typing another. It happens all the time. I can not push. there is no river
