The ease of use, customization options available for our website (especially with regards to customizing pages) are some great features that I love about this product. Also it's easy to get up-to-date support from their customer service team as well. It would be nice if we could have more control over templates used by users when they create new articles or other page types. We needed an open CMS solution so we can easily customize our site without having to worry too much about technical issues related to hosting/server side coding etc. So far, there has been no problem at all in using this software. Our website went through many phases during its development phase - each time adding certain functionality was easier than expected.
