Review on ๐ŸŽฏ Infinite Discs Apex Disc Golf NF-600 Rangefinder: Accurate Feet-Based Range Finder for Enhanced Calculations by Michael Gonzales

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Not as feature rich or flashy as Bushnell but gets the job done!

I got this to improve my shots - drives, landings and pins. I wasn't quite sure I needed one so I chose it over Bushnell as it's a bit cheaper. So far I've really enjoyed using it in the field. I've found that I'm not as good at judging distances as I thought I would be and the range finder really helps me choose the right lens. I basically just leave it in the first distance mode and don't bother with other modes. It came with a case that I attached to my Rovic Disc Golf Cart. My advice for choosing baskets from afar: don't worry so much about nailing the cage - choose a tree or object close to the laser. See my photo - I'm laser painting a mound just in front of the basket. The photo does not convey any optics. It was difficult to snap a picture with my iPhone looking straight down the barrel while I was selecting a subject! I wish it was a little more private; I'm concerned that dirt could get into the open sides and damage the lenses, but so far this hasn't happened. At some point I might switch to a different tote bag though! I only had to change the battery once. My guess is that the battery that came with it wasn't the best and it drained quickly.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • poorly thought out
