I bought 2 100ft CAT5e cables. One of them worked fine, the other didn't. I already drove the bad one through the wall before I tested it (I know I'm an idiot). I also waited too long to try to get it back so they might have fixed the ID if I had replied fast enough. I would advise checking your cables as soon as you receive them. I would buy from this company again as this is probably a separate issue. I use them to power some Nanobeam M5-16 wireless bridges (from a POE injector). Even with a bad cable, the power worked - there was just no signal from my router. I replaced it with another 100ft cable I bought and it works as expected.
